Description
The New Freeze design for "The Batman" animtated series. I like the whole thing about his head being incased in Ice. What I don't like is how they butchered his story. No longer a Scientist trying to bring his beloved Nora back to life.....he instead is a petty thief that got mixed up in a accident blah blah......Lacks luster. Before his crime spree was justified, now it's just some petty greed.....indeed. Anywho, he looks coo. I actually drew this by hand! Can you believe? I inked it with a black ball point pen and it was drawn on normal old printer paper.....the horror.

I have to admit that the design and drawing is good. The backstory is lackluster though. Part of the reason Freeze is one of my favourites is due to his backstory. When you remove the most important part of him, you don't have much left I'm afraid.
